My name is Jared Kress. I am 36 years old and married to Abbie; we have three young children. I graduated with an M.Div. from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in 2014 and have served as a church planter in Colorado and as a senior pastor in Texas before coming to Kirby Woods in 2022.

My name is Caleb Richardson, and I am married to Katrina. We have one daughter and are in the adoption process. I graduated from East Texas Baptist University with a Bachelor’s degree in Children’s Ministry and a Master’s in Christian Ministry. I have served as a Children’s Pastor for seven years before joining Kirby Woods in 2023.
My name is Dillon Patrick. I’m 27 years old and married to my lovely wife, Abby. We have a baby boy named Benjamin and a dog named Wrigley. I enjoy cooking, grilling, hunting, and spending time outdoors. I have my Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Memphis. Go, Tigers! I grew up at Kirby Woods and am honored to return as the Student Pastor to serve and invest in the younger generations.

My name is Larry White. Born and raised in Louisiana, I am a die-hard LSU fan. Geaux Tigers! I am married to Alene, and we have three sons and five grandchildren. I graduated from Dallas Baptist University. I have served nearly 40 years as a pastor in Texas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and now Memphis, TN. My favorite Bible verse is 1 Corinthians 15:58.

My name is Matt Akers, and I’ve had the joy of serving in the Hispanic Ministry at Kirby Woods since 2001. Originally from Missouri, I began learning Spanish after meeting my future wife, Glenda, who is from El Salvador. It’s a true blessing to be part of a ministry made up of people from so many countries and cultures—a beautiful reflection of the church’s glorious destiny described in Revelation 7:9–10.
